If you aren't able to find a good price on one, we have the regular changing pad w/ cover plus use a waterproof liner. I've only gotten mess on the actual cover once in 3 months- the liners just rotate through if they get dirty- with a four pack and they are machine washable, I don't find I'm really adding much. I also like that the material is soft and not too cold for middle of the night changes. Just a thought! I got these, but there are others (these ones are very thin but soft. So they can bunch up under baby but doesn't bother me. The more quilted ones probably wouldn't do that. I mostly wanted one that could be machine washed and dried).
