The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman. About a librarian who goes around saving precious items. The library is between worlds, she meets a dragon and then adventure starts. There are some passages where she kisses the dragon (human form), but nothing more than in a book like Hunger Games. Not sure if that is too explicit.
