None of them honestly.
If you really wanna help people apply topical easily and forget about it,
I would go with an topical apllicator brush design. who spread the topicals evenly all over the scalp. Massage it at the same time.
A high quality product that won't leak and break easily would be great. It should also be easy to clean.
There's some products like this on Amazon. But none of them are high quality products unfortunately.
I'm using a normal minoxidil pipett to apply Ru58841 and minox.
There's also a regenepure applicator who sells very decent, and has positive feedback. But it's a spray type of thing, which suits guys with very short hair.
Look at this brush for an example:

Hope it helped you.

Definitely use the big 3 (minoxidil, finasteride, and ketoconazole shampoo). For minoxidil, use the Hydrobrush to apply so it doesn't get on your hair (https://www.amazon.com/Roots-Hair-Club-HydroBrush-Dispensing/dp/B01DXSC8BY).

Caffeine improves hair growth actually, and if you are looking for even more advanced treatments you should look for a topical that also contains caffeine (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1365-4632.2007.03119.x/abstract?userIsAuthenticated=false&deniedAccessCustomisedMessage=)
