I'd first try messaging the publisher and see if they can send you replacements. Many will. Failing that, you can buy the Zombicide tile expansion. I'm not sure if it sells in the UK (I don't know much about game stores across the pond), but amazon here sells it.
From what I can tell it's just another set of tiles that comes with the base game.
You know I don't think there are any missions with just toxic mall and Season 3. I have made a bunch with Season 3, Toxic Mall AND Season 1.
I would recommend picking up just the tile pack for season 1 and that alone will unlock a ton of missions for you.

I have the original Zombicide plus the extra double-sided game tiles I'd be willing to sell (or trade) to you if you're still interested. It's opened and punched, but never played. Like new condition.
