> Unless you know them both personally you can't really judge if personality's will clash.

Its speculation, which is why i said it was my opinion.

> I also disagree that chemistry is more important then skill. You can have all the chemistry in the world but if your not a skilled team you just won't win, period.

Yes, skill is required. Obviously. But having tons of skill isnt that big of a deal if you cant play as a team in a team game. I recommend watching this video. It will give you more insight to my point of view, mostly because I dont feel like typing out a novel to you. Also, if want to learn even more I would highly recommend reading this book by John Wooden and Jay Carter. Extremely good read and very informative.

> There have been a lot of championship teams that where loaded with skill but didn't get along outside the game but they still won based on skill.

Like who? All the teams that have won majors so far had good chemistry at the time. If you dont believe or simply dont want to, go look at the interviews of the players around those timeframes.

> Look at the 2015 Fnatic they hated each other

No, they didnt. They did in 2016, hence the Godsent split.

> the 2014-2015 French teams didn't get along they still won plenty

The french teams that won majors (championships) got along well. Afterwards, maybe not so much.

> Even in NA a team with EliGE had success even though the whole team thought S1mple was Toxic

They did have success, but they didnt win. I would blame that on their chemistry. Elige and s1mple are extremely skilled but still didnt win. s1mple made several dumb individual plays that cost liquid many rounds.
