I love this idea! I am taking a friend for her first time and am thinking this would be great to make her just so I dont have to be responsible for all the little stuff all the time lol! Also it is always handy to have a permanent marker to sign some of the boards and displays people have. Could throw one in for each of them

They are soap sheets they are the best thing to have and can be perfect for a quick hand wash when you need to feel a little clean in all the dirt and sweat of Bonnaroo

You're always able to wash your hands with either a travel sized soap and bottle of water, or wet ones wipes and a bottle of water. I'm an industrial electrician and carry both wipes and tiny bottle of soap in my bag, then a Brita filter bottle. I've also had single use soap films in the past, like these, or these. Soap sheets are the easiest to throw in your bag or even pocket.

i bring this for regular washing of hands with soap and water, and i also have purell, and i bring those big body wash wipes (i got mine from a hospital during a family member's surgery, but the nurse told me they sell them at REI too - link to bath wipes)

I use soap sheets, like these:

There are other brands too. Just remove them with dry hands so they don't dissolve in the pack.
