Personally I recommend the order I typed them out in this box :)
If you want a leg up, 47 and 147 use this book, which is good book I might add. And uses MIPS Assembly with the MARS IDE.
47 & 147 both use MIPS but 147 veers towards Verilog as it goes more in depth on digital design.
This is pretty much the setup that Patra/Jia have at the moment. I know in the past some students have learned x86. Patra seems to be taking over the hardware classes for the CS major though so this is likely to be the norm for now.
