Check out Construction Grammar. I haven't fully checked it out yet, but it looks interesting, and appeals to the way I thing grammar really works (it's neural net statistics all the way down).

I don't think you understand the utter stupidity of what you just wrote. The only way the generalization "men are stronger than women" could be false is if the principle expressed in that generalization were false, that is to say that the majority of men were not stronger than the majority of women. Unless you have some radical new data you'd like to share it is fair to say that the generalization "men are stronger than women" is very much true a one.
Perhaps you should consider spending less time embarrassing yourself with overblown politcal correctness and faux outrage, and more time learning about basic language constructs.
