Hello, even I live in the UAE and the only place you can decent computer parts is at Al Ain Centre or at Computer Street. Just as a note, everything will be more expensive when you count shipping and taxes and most of the parts from a website like PCPartPicker is probably unavailable, trust me i checked, so just take this response and every other response with a grain of salt. Anyway, here's an entire setup around 1700 USD.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a green and black case anywhere. Instead you can consider another case:
https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MasterBox-Mid-Tower-MCY-B5P2-KWGN-01/dp/B075N132C7
it's completely black with RGB lighting and tempered glass. It's also great for beginners.
This is the case, I believe. No idea where you can get custom printing on the tempered glass though.

Yea that’s a solid looking case that I think 6 months later you won’t be saying “what was I thinking” there are a lot of good options at that price point. MasterBox Pro 5 RGB ATX Mid-Tower with 3 x 120mm RGB Fans, Tempered Glass Side Panel, DarkMirror Front Panel and Internal Configuration by Cooler Master https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075N132C7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_A9F3Cb3NSNMEK something like this comes with fans already installed so you can worry less about buying fans
I'm building my first pc and this is the case I picked out. The problem is that I'm on a budget and this is the best I could do. I've read reviews of this product saying that it has bad airflow. Is there any way I could improve airflow? Like could I buy a mesh front panel for this case? If do that, will I still be able to see the rgb without obstruction? Or would you reccomend a new case?
Thank you very much!!!

I use a tech bench (open air). It makes my cooling costs almost zero.
You should get a decent case if you are able to re-use it for years and years. Many people change case a lot for aesthetic reasons. A PC is meant to be a joy to look at, so if you really really want a bit of rgb or bling, go for it.
I have used the same lian-li test bench for 10+ years now.

I just looked at it again and the sale was over but here is a link. You may be able to get it cheaper at Newegg. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B075N132C7/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1519873910&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=master+cooler+masterbox+pro+5+rgb&dpPl=1&dpID=41rhtIHDajL&ref=plSrch

This case is absolutely amazing
That makes sense, thanks for the input. I've looked through the conversation you mentioned.
What do you think of this case?: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075N132C7/ref=psdc_572238_t4_B00NGMIBUU
I got mine for $80ish by sniping a sale one time; amazon has it currently for $130.

But I think that's because the supply has dried up for this exact model on Amazon; other mastercase type cases are still cheap:

Thanks dude! Would definitely recommend monitor arms; they clear up some desk space and add a cool aesthetic. Here's the case I'm working with: https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MasterBox-Mid-Tower-MCY-B5P2-KWGN-01/dp/B075N132C7/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1538764030&sr=8-1&keywords=cooler+master+masterbox+pro+5+rgb

My previous build didn't have tempered glass or any transparent features. I decided that I needed more RGB in my life and that showing off a build is half the fun. Would highly recommend the case!
All good. This is the one I use...

Anyone have experience with the Cooler Master MasterBox Pro 5 RGB? I'm kinda concerned about the airflow given the single rear fan.
Nice great monitor.
I'd go for slightly cheaper case. Either the Meshify C is a great option or the Cooler Master Masterbox if you wanna stick with the RGB.
I'd go a little higher end on the PSU. The Seasonic Focus Plus is a great tier 1 PSU and fully modular but if you don't want to spend more then go for a Corsair CX series which is semi modular at least. Or if you wanna maintain the RGB theme you could go with this Thermaltake PSU.
Double your SSD capacity and get a higher tier one for only a few bucks more with the WD Blue.. Or go with a M.2 form factor one since your MOBO has a slot for it.
Just some ideas. CPU and GPU are good combo, as is the RAM.
I would strongly recommend steering away from this because of the plastic front and going with something more like this which with the mesh front will give you more air flow . . Also this option will cover your psu and hard drives which makes for a cleaner look .
I’m just going to deal with my case for now until I can justify something else . Spend the extra money on something that’s functional and looks good
Don’t do what I did and just go for the rgb , you can always add those
