Might I recommend these? they're only 10$ more and a lot better. Otherwise I'd look into the Gskill Trident line--you can do better than 2133 @ 10!

I could RMA it, but since I live in Germany I would have to ship an insured package overseas, which is quite costly, so I'll just return it to Amazon. They don't have any more stock though, so I can only get a refund.
My board is an Asrock Z170 Extreme3, it says support for 3866+ MHz on the product page.

A question about ram compatibility:
I bought a Sabertooth S z170 motherboard to transcend but am confused about which ram to buy. I really want to put https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-DOMINATOR-Platinum-16GB-Memory/dp/B01BMQAMGC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480386299&sr=8-1&keywords=CMD16GX4M2B2400C10 in my build but I am not sure of the compatibility. It is not on my mobo's QVL and for the ones that are on there; it shows CL timings of 14-16. I really like this RAM because it is CL10
