I think it really comes down to personal preference. Once you've build up that dexterity with your left hand, switching to using your right thumb doesn't magically make things easier. I'd rather use the word helpful, if that makes sense.

With that said, I've seen people use MMO mice in a few different ways.

1 - They use the 12 extra buttons for long cooldowns and rarely used spells. They keep the main "rotational" buttons on the keyboard by the left hand.

2 - They use the 12 extra buttons for all of their most used abilities and put cooldowns by the left hand.

(of course these aren't the only ways, just the ones I've noticed)

I'm the latter. I use my mouse for my most used abilities and put cooldowns on the keyboard. (in all games, not just wow) I prefer this because it feel like I'm able to move better since my left hand is kinda dedicated to movement. Do I actually move better? Probably not but it makes sense to me. & I can't play without one now.

All in all I think mmo Mice are SUPER helpful, but not necessary.

Here are the 3 main Mice - They all have decent reviews.
(I prefer Razer but thats mostly because ALL of my peripherals are Razer, so 1 config software :D. AND I feel like Razers buttons are positioned a little higher which fits my hand better. Corsair and Logitech can usually be found cheaper.)

I really love my Corsair Scimitar. You don't have to use all the buttons and just keybind what feels good to know. Here's a amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Scimitar-Optical-Programmable-Buttons/dp/B01MU3DZYN/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1538690895&sr=1-1&keywords=Corsair+Scimitar

Eh, I know most people are saying Razer, but I've had nothing but bad experiences with them.

I'm currently using this: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Scimitar-Optical-Programmable-Buttons/dp/B01MU3DZYN/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1539808807&sr=8-5&keywords=mmo+mouse

It's been very good to me for the past 2 years.

Good luck on finding what you want :)

If I were so desperate for more buttons I'd just use one of the those 'mmo mouse' that have the 1-12 numpad buttons on the thumb grip.

Taking hand off the keyboard to hit lightboard of unlabeled keys just looks like more work than necessary.

If you can manage to give up the Bluetooth requirement, you'd be much better off. I switched to a corded mouse recently and love it. With wireless, there can be lag that causes inadvertent mouse clicks or disregards your click, causing you to accidentally click something you didn't want to.

That said, I got a Corsair Scimitar Pro gaming mouse with 12 macro buttons on the side that I can program to act as shift, alt, control buttons, zoom buttons, switching from the selection to direct selection tool, etc. Basically anything you can think of, you can program the macro buttons to do. It lets you set multiple sensitivity levels for detailed work, and you can create several profiles for different programs or tasks, so I can switch from my Photoshop macros to my Premiere Pro macros with the push of one button. It also has cool customizable lighting effects so you know which profile you're using.

I love my corsair scimitar pro. 12 add on buttons with full rgb control. its well worth $70

edit: I just saw you wanted a wireless... Logitech makes a wireless one that also wirelessly charges with the mousepad they make. that combo would run you a bit more tho...

I am actually a one armed gamer (lost left arm, right handed and play with left foot combo if on console) and play CSGO often. I use a Corsair Scimitar Pro - (12 keys) and am able to easily play 😊

My key binds are (bear with me, I’m counting those 12 separate keys as 1-12 as not to be confused)

1 - left movement/strafe

2 - foward

3 - right movement/ strafe

4 - crouch

5 - back movement

6 - jump (easy to roll thumb from 2 to a jump with a small right movement but nothing game changing)

7 - is not bound I don’t think

8 - change weapon (only because mouse wheel is broken lol specifically set to next weapon so I can have a set amount of times I need to hit to switch, very inconvenient compared to mouse scroll up and down for next and previous so not advised)

9 - not bound

10 - to reload

11 - drop weapon (have automatic weapon pick up which I would advise to turn off, can get in the way occasionally

12 - “Use” (to open / close doors, pick up shit)

Space bar - “walk” but I have a lil baby nub that I can slam on the keyboard in the event I need too 😂😂

You can see there is still 2 left over keys and not including mouse scroll up / down so you have room to add or switch things. I have about 700 hours on csgo and this is a pretty comfortable binding even with the missing keys and minute circumstances such as one listed at key-bind 6. With 20 keys you can easily add mic on/off and other things.

Hope I helped!

One thing I'm not sure was mentioned is that if you don't have a lot of side buttons on your mouse, getting one like this might be useful(there are cheaper options, just showing an example). I used to have a razer one and loved it.

It's definitely not as balanced as retail, but you get what you ask for with a druid. A truly hybrid class that can easily change to fit any role, just not quite as good as classes that specialize in any given role. As long as you don't limit yourself to only understanding how to play a certain role, you'll do fine.

Feral's aren't great at PVP in general, but do have some advantages when it comes to 1v1 situations. They also make great flag carriers in WSG. But other classes will outshine them in large scale PVP. What makes druids unique though is that you can change roles to fill in gaps of your group where needed. Get grouped with a beefed up warrior and decent dps? Swap out and provide heals for them. Might not be as good heals as a dedicated healer, but the flexibility is there.

In PVE, ferals can tank 5 mans easily, but in higher level raids, they mostly get pushed into off-tank roles in favor of Warrior main tanks. Feral DPS is a bit lackluster, but again, the flexibility is where they shine. Healer gets killed or oom? Feral druid can pop off a couple heals and brez/innervate the healer. Feral DPS druids may not have topped charts, but they have definitely saved groups from wiping countless times.

Play what makes you happy. I'm personally going to be playing a feral druid as well.

Also I have both of these:

The flexibility (lol) of the razer is nice, but I usually just use the corsair (you can adjust it to your hand).

That one is good. Corsair Scimitar Pro is also good.

I like having a unified driver for my products so if i switch to a different mouse i would prefer to switch most of my stuff to a new unified, that being said i have heard good things from Logitech and steel series mice. There tons of options out there for you to try, especially if you don't mind having multiple driver controls around.

First off razer mice have a 2 year warranty so you could check that out as you mentioned to issue having after a year and a half.
