Reddit mentions of Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty 4 Inch Tin (3.2 oz) - See-Through Putty, Soft Texture - Never Dries Out

Most people have already replied, but just in case you haven't seen it yet, this is most likely Aaron's Thinking Putty in Liquid Glass. If you're into that sort of thing as a stress toy, I can recommend the brand's other colors too, especially their metallic ones like Super Scarab. They look just as cool in person and they make excellent cube toys. Just like normal silly putty, they do tend to collect dust from surfaces though. I believe most of his putties are silicone based, couldn't tell you much more than that though.

Pretty sure this is liquid glass putty... could be wrong but the stuff is seemingly hard until you manipulate it and then it’s sticky but difficult to move.

Liquid Glass Putty looks pretty awesome.

I'd probably eventually add some glow powder to it so it really glows in the dark.
