I liked 'The People vs. George Lucas'. That was a documentary specifically about the fanboys and it discussed whether or not their view was just whining. I didn't think it painted the fanboys in a good light at all. I even liked how they included the fanboys complaining about Jar Jar, then they showed how children -- the intended audience -- actually had a good reaction to him.
Also, Crumb is probably one of my favorite documentaries, but it doesn't really benefit because it is drawn on multiple sources. It mainly benefits because it doesn't look at Crumb's art, but rather him as a person and his interesting family. IF you enjoy that documentary, there is a good companion book Crumb: The Famly Comics that goes into all of the family members and their relationships a bit more.
