IMO, Bang!: The Dice Game is superior in every way. If you prefer cards to dice however then Samurai Sword is also really good.
I own both and prefer Samurai Sword, but Bang!: The Dice Game works with a wider range of ages and the games are quicker so it tends to hit the table more often.
Buy whatever games you want, I own CAH and Munchkin too and I do not care if anyone hates a game I enjoy.
