Honestly, dropping a hundred bucks to get a bluetooth-capable radio in mine might be some of the best money I've ever spent. Think of the hours you're going to spend with that thing. I listen to a lot of audio books and podcasts.
I got a clip like this, which works much better than something stuck on the windscreen (my dash looks identical to yours). I used crutchfield for the radio itself: came with all of the mountings and instructions for my specific car, very easy to mount.
