Some awesome ideas have already been mentioned, and I have a few for a cake!
Oliver Queen lived on an island for five years before being becoming the Arrow. You could maybe make an island cake and have something like this on top of it.
You could also make it in the shape of an arrowhead with green frosting!
Or, for something easier you could just do a green bullseye, because, yah know, archery.
I saw the one you're talking about. I will be seeing him at the beginning of May unfortunately. Otherwise i would go with it.
