Might look interesting due to the "i7" CPU, however I would be aware the CPU branding is a bit of a misnomer since it's a U-series. If you need a lot of CPU performance you need HQ series. If you need normal CPU performance, the lowest i5-U or even i3-U should be fine.
Main issue with this laptop is its screen is pretty awful for this discounted price letalone the "normal" price: 15.6" 1366x768 low-quality TN. Limited screen realestate as well as poor contrast and viewing angles.
This laptop is pricely configured this way as a decision by HP because they want to attract buyers with the "i7" branding. But you need to pay attention to the things you're actually going to notice, first, such as the display. The way buyers usually initially shop for laptops is what this laptop is tuned for, however it is the opposite of what you'll actually be able to tell the difference from in the end.
