Dell has their G5 laptops coming out very soon with a 1060 6gb and the new H series CPUs, sure will be reasonably priced with awesome performance if you wanna wait a bit. Good luck, hope this helps. I own a 7567 so i can answer questions if you want. I love it.

The Dell comes with a weaker GPU - GTX 1060 Max Q but it's very well built and comes with a Thunderbolt and Fingerprint reader.
The Clevo is much more upgradeble - up to 4 hdd's/ssd's, up to 32 GB RAM and has a better GPU - GTX 1060.

but its 1080p vs 4k
I bought this dell as a Christmas gift for myself last year. I am quite satisfied, it can run any game on i've tried so far on at least high settings, including AAA games like the Witcher 3. It was the only one I could find with a gtx 1060 in the $1400 pricerange. Only downside i've experienced is the screen, which is not amazing.

I would recommend this Dell Inspiron 7577 because it comes with everything you need, i7 quad core CPU which is one of the best in the market and great for your usage, 16 GB of ram for smooth multitasking, Good SSD storage of 128 GB for faster boot up and loading, 1 TB of HDD for storage, Full HD IPS screen which is a must have for this price range, high build quality, Good battery life, very good heat management, NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB GPU that should be able to handle most games on medium to high settings with very good FPs, The Dell 7577 is just slightly less power but it is more quite and has the best cooling and it is within your budget.
