Well I wanted a full Windows PC for other things like web browsing and streaming media. I didn't realize you could run Parsec without Windows, so I'm assuming I would be installing something like Linux? I'd rather have Windows as I have a decent amount of programs that I'm not sure are on Linux, stuff like IP camera software to monitor my kids room and just a ton of other little windows programs here and there. Plus I really don't want to go through the hassle of learning a new OS. Parsec is most likely the most intensive program I would run on it.

I'm also looking at this one and about to pull the trigger as I'm assuming Celeron would be better than an Atom proc. (Celeron J3455 4g/64g) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XRG5YL8/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=AK3HFKOE4GXIL&th=1
