I'd suggest you use a brand with 10% withanolides, and not any less for maximum potency.

I take 2 of them and the effects compound each day, some find it too be so strong that it literally makes you a zombie, and they quit it.
It is very dulling, but you'll get used to those effects after a couple of weeks or you could just adjust to a lower dosage.
I had a friend who was a hardcore alcoholic for 10 years, and found that Sensoril was extremely beneficial in reducing his cravings and moodshifts when in physical withdrawal (as the studies confirm that it is*).
