phew! making this list made me realize how much time and effort i put into the trial and error of my preworkout. of course, i supplement a lot of this stuff with my other meals as well. as you can see, i'm very big on supplements, biohacking, and nootropics. i read up a lot on research in my spare time.
I found the 600mg of CoQ10 on boards, so I started taking that before I even saw the RE. I told him I was taking it and he didn't comment one way or another on it. He did have me do the Vitamin D, along with prenatals and a DHA supplement that I was already on. He recommended CoQ10 for my husband for low morphology numbers, no idea if it has helped or not as he hasn't done a second SA since he started on them.
As for the acupuncture, they gave us a brochure for a specific fertility group that does acupuncture, yoga, supplements, diet/nutrition planning. But we didn't talk about it more than I have the brochure. It felt like a "do this if you want, here's a resource for you" type of thing.
FWIW, this is the CoQ10 that I take. I read a lot of reviews and priced out per 100mg and this was the one that I felt was the best balance for both. It's still not cheap, but it seemed reasonable.
