I don't know about organic, but my nerdy self LOVED the fabric choices by 'greenleafbaby' on Etsy. (I got LO a harry potter and a star wars one lol) They were really great quality, and the back is the 'minky' fuzzy fabric so it's comfy against LO's skin.

For teething: Motrin AND tylenol on hand. On bad nights you can alternate them to overlap doses just a little, since they're different active drugs. Motrin lasts longer overnight, too.
