I believe you. There's even a phrase for your experiences of seeing your future in your dreams: deja reve. It means "already dreamed." I discuss it in chapter three of this book about dreams. I wish more people knew that dreaming about the future is natural and a good sign for your life, because to dream the future and remember it when the events actually occur means that you are synched up with the universe, or "in the flow." Even though the moments you foresee appear to be mundane, they are anything but. I'd bet that in those moments you are reacting to situations and feelings and setting patterns that you are likely to follow later.

For example, one guy shared over at /r/dreams an experience of foreseeing that a schoolmate burnt the edge of his phone with a lighter. It happened in waking life in front of a big group of people. The guy then had to decide: do I a). Pound the mother fucker's face in who burnt my phone, b). Roll over and be a pussy about it, or c). Some other reaction where he keeps his cool but defends his boundaries so that people don't take advantage of him.

See how it works?
