I kind of want to make a huge one and hang it as a bed canopy like this.

I found this one much cheaper on Amazon for ~$25 and comes in a variety of colors. It fits over my queen size bed just fine.
It's okay. I had some little fucker in my ear too. I poured rubbing alcohol in my ear and bought one of these for sleeps. keep it tucked in always. All is well.
