So 2-3 months ago I bought all that you see before you. I wanted to start taking care of my skin, as I am now in my mid 30s and noticing my skin changing a bit. I wasn't sure what to do, so I read hella reviews and just went for it. I really liked SR. It did get me hooked on skincare and I will always have a place in my heart for it. Now, like you guys, I am obsessed with skincare and I don't want to marry my highschool sweetheart, I want to fuck everyone in college type of thing.
So, I'm replacing the oil (which should be running out in the next day or two) with Herbivore Botanical Lapis and the Good Genes with Drunk Elephant's Framboos.

Cleanser: Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip
Out of everything, I like this the most and likely won't be changing this for a while. It's feels mild and I use very little of it, but it does clean the shit out of my skin. Prior to this I was using exfolikate and a slew of other exfoliating cleansers 'cos I have greasy skin. Never thought I'd fall in love with a non-exfoliating cleanser. I la-la-love this. More than my favorite exfoliator, which was by Lush and called Angels on Bare Skin. Never thought that would happen!
Toner : Martian
This smells so bad. I mean, sooooooo bad. The only toner I ever used before this was Thayer's Rose Witch Hazel, which, on all honesty, never did shit for my skin. This felt like it tightened it and definitelyyyyy mattified it. Nonetheless, it maybe mattified my skin too hardcore, but luckily my routine had oil...
ps- I don't think I'll be coming back to this, but if you have acne, I could see how this would be amazing. I have breakouts, like everyone else in the world, but it's not really a huge problem where I need to use something like this.
Oil: U.F.O. Oil
Love this! Love the smell and everything! I never use oil before everrrrr so I have nothing to compare it to, but color me hooked! I want to try all the oils in the world! You guys, it really does feel like this is my second time having sex (cos the first time is always odd) and now I want to have it all the time! I just want all the fucking face oil! Excited to try Lapis next. I get it tomorrow! I should be running out of UFO tomorrow or the day after, so thank you, Amazon, for one-day prime, yo!
Serum: Good Genes
I like it, I guess? Again I have nothing to compare it to. Guess we'll find out after I try the Drunk Elephant one next. I'll probably run out of this by the weekend. Anyway, I'm sure this does good things for my skin, but it definitely needs moisturizer after, 'cos it leaves a white haze on my skin and the moisturizer gets rid of that effect.
Moisturizer: Tidal
FUCKING. LOVE. IT. This is what started it all, 'cos I wanted to start reducing the dark spots on my face. I did my research. Found this and this broke the skincare seal for me. This was the first thing I bought (this is my second jar) and it makes my skin feel so awesome! As a greasy skin person I never wanted for moisturizer, but I was like "OK, PooPooButterySpread, this is what they say will take care of it, so just deal with it if you're extra shiny for a few months". My skin feels so... so nice!! Like I constantly feel cool and refreshed. I can't explain it. It's not like tingly or anything, it's just like there is cold-ass water in my face always and I like it.
