Echogear from Amazon. I haven’t looked super hard so I don’t know. Just saw that as soon as I opened the box. Thought it was awesome.

I might be too late here, but these are a few pics of an install that I did for a friend's girlfriend: Picture 1, Picture 2, Picture 3.

We added a deep wooden shelf above the TV for the game consoles, wireless router, and cable modem. It is 12 inches deep, and 12 inches longer on each side of the TV. The red superimposed lines are Legrand 1inch/25mm surface mounted cable conduit which direct the cables UP to the shelf and also route the coaxial cable for TV/internet. You need to bore a 2-inch hole in the board to route cables, which will then use a grommet to dress up the hole.

The green "box" behind the TV is a surge protector that supplies power to the TV and the electronics above. It drops out of the conduit and attaches to the Echogear articulated TV wall mount. Basically, we used the back of the TV to hide the cable octopus. You need to fit an organize these cables as you see fit, [laying them flat and parallel is the most efficient use of space].

Since we moved the electronics up to the self, the lower cabinetry we used for decorations.

Your window design looks European, so I don't know how studs and wall construction works there. But it seems like a pretty close match in area and layout as B's studio corner. Good luck!

I know it’s a little more $ than others but I was nervous in getting a cheaper mount for my first OLED.

I just got an LG 65 C9 OLED and just mounted it 2 days ago with this:
