i just take out what i need and throw them around the board but they sell magic the gathering sorting trays i was looking at.
This is one of them. but i dont like paying 20 dollars for something that i dont "need" but if the measurements are right it would fit in the box with some extra room.

The other option would be one of these card holders. i love it because its cheap, nice, and holds all the cards if you see in the reviews someone actually uses EH cards for it. But the downside is that it wont fit in the box and that makes me sad :(
