If you like science, you could study something in college related to the various aspects of our possible collapse. For example, you could study petroleum engineering, or agriculture, or climate science. People will continue to be very interested in resource availability etc.


SUNY ESF in Syracuse, NY is a great school. Not easy to get into, and not easy to get through, but they have some very practical programs. I think that if you study paper engineering, your tuition is paid for by the paper industry.
