That really depends on a lot of factors, pretty much any video card that came out in the last ~10 years will fit in this motherboard. So that won't be an issue.

Motherboard slots:


  • The video card goes into the top slot. But almost all cards take up 2 slots, which means that if there is something in the motherboard right now, it may not fit.

    Here is a quick paint drawing I made to make this clear
    RED = where the video card needs to go, orange will not be usable for almost all video cards that you can buy. Since a video card will overlap that slot.

    The PCI slot is still usable, but that is an old standard and not a lot of expansions card use that interface / connector anymore. But a sound card, USB card, network / wifi card are still available for it.

  • Why do you need a video card? This obviously makes a huge difference in terms of which one you have to buy. Is it for just playing videos on youtube? Is it for gaming? If it is, what kind of games do you want to play?
