Facial Massage and facial exercises are a must! I swear its the only way to truly look younger. We only use 30% of our facial muscles, if you don't use it, you lose it. We go to the gym to workout, but we don't do it for our face? Of course our face is going to get saggy. You can look up facial exercises on youtube, I do them everyday and when I'm in the car and I swear by it. You can even fix facial asymmetry. I love watching "Mirai Clinic" on youtube, I really love her knowledge. I also use a vibrating gua sha device. I got mine on Amazon last month, and it is so amazing! It really helps not only with massage, but it heats up and is really effective. I also recommend using a parasol or a hat rather than using sunscreen, since there are a lot of toxic sunscreens out there. I do recommend MD Solar Sciences. It's natural, non toxic and is the ABSOLUTE best sunscreen ever. It's super light, and I can even put it over my foundation. They have a tinted version I love too. It comes in a blue bottle. Hey everyone! I just came out with a brand new product!!! Its absolutely amazing and I have been dying to share it with everyone. It's based on Traditional Chinese Medicine of "Gua Sha" which basically is a scraping technique that stimulates blood flow and helps the lymphatic system drain to make a healthier body and healthier appearance. It's one of the best tools for anti aging. This new device goes a couple steps even further. Its vibrating at two different levels (and has stronger vibrations than 75% of most facial massagers out there now) which helps stimulate collagen and connect fibers from underneath the skin to become more taut and also get rid of wrinkles.
