I'm really happy there are no douche bags here making fun of you for thinking about a relatively cheap starter drone. I have no experience wit the Syma but it does seem like a good drone. I really liked the UDI U818A, it's got a lot of good features for the price and the things are very durable. I've crashed a lot and it just keeps flying.
