Can i still produce such slides?

I did a little research on it..m a noob..i dont know much..but i gathered all the info that i could..

I have a yashica camera..the old one which uses negative film rolls.. Can i use that camera to put in colour transperacy film roll to shoot pictures to make such slides?

Found this for the colour slides..it is quite expensive tbh..if it'll work..i would love to throw some money into it..

Please guide me a little.. Thank you.. Love and light :)
