The other deal was 3000Mhz for $155.99.
3000Mhz vs 3200Mhz
Whether you'll find this a good deal or not, this is a new historical low and there may be people interested. Also the same price on NewEgg.
CPU/GPU Combo, AMD APU Ryzen 2400g - $160.
16GB RAM, TridentZ RGB. - $165. It's important not to skimp on cheap RAM, the APU needs fast dual channel ram to be able to process the graphics as it shares memory lanes with the system memory, as all APUs do. You could go with 8GB and be fine though, just buy a 2x4GB kit for dual channel support and you'll save $80. Try to clock the RAM to at least 3200MHZ in the BIOS to get the most out of the APU or buy ram that comes at that speed.
240GB SSD. -$40. I prefer a smaller capacity but fast and cheap SSD over a larger hard drive, keep in mind the case only holds one 2.5" drive and one extra if you buy a hard drive caddy for the optical drive slot in the case.
Motherboard, has WIFI and Bluetooth built in. - $110. Solid board, decent VRM, great reviews. If you build in my small case, you gotta get an ITX size motherboard, nothing else will fit.
10.1" Monitor. - $110. See this comment for my thoughts on this one. It's the best price to performance portable USB powered monitor I could find. Don't buy the 7" one, it has half the resolution.
The In-Win ITX PC case. - $70. Comes with a 150w power supply, but does not have a GPU slot, hence the AMD APU. Very small, 3 x 8.9 x 7.6 inches.
Brand new sticks being sold for about 17 bucks more

It all looks good, save yourself the $15 and skip out on the thermal paste because the CPU fan should come with some preinstalled. For the windows 10, you can get it for free on the site but there will be a watermark, so you don’t need to buy it. As for the ram, go with these to save around $50: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06WP4L3D7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_S9LNBb7ME787W
If we're just talking about gaming you won't see a difference. Here is an affordable ddr4 16gb kit, or this if you'd prefer to stick with rgb.
Check out this video on ram speed affecting gaming.
3000 MHz vs. 3200MHz is the RAM in question. So if I had 2 of each all that would happen is the 3200 would be slowed down to 3000 and thats all? Would it just be better to get the 3000 and avoid any issues that would have happened, and If I want the higher speeds, I would just OC them?

Just note that I had to flash the BIOS to the latest version before I could get it stable and get my RAM up to 3000Mhz
I liked the WD Blue 3D NAND because it was fast, but also well priced. There are certainly faster SSDs out there (Samsung ones especially), but the price/performance/reliability combo I thought was pretty good.
Is this a good deal for ryzen builds? Still planning to wait for ryzen 3000 release and I am assuming memory prices will continue to fall?

I'd start with buying a new CPU, Motherboard, and Memory.
You can easily do that for $500.
8600K CPU ($260)
16GB Ram ($160)
Z370 Motherboard ($150)
A little over your budget, but would be good for a solid several years going forward. Could probably do a Ryzen setup for less, but I don't have experience using one, so I'm not a good person to talk to about it.
So buy these and try them out and if I still have problems just return them? If my pc works fine with these new Ram sticks, can I still use my old ones. Or is it bad to use two different RAM sticks that are of different speed and brand?

So it isn’t good ram to get? What do you suggest, I am also leaning towards getting this ram it has Hynix a-die tho I’m not sure if that’s good?
