That is a very high amount of adderall. Ritalin releases a lot of norepinephrine and adderall releases a ton of norepinephrine and adrenaline (both energy producing chemicals in the brain) which is probably why you aren't feeling much of any energy from the kratom. This product has helped me tremendously on the days I don't take kratom: https://www.amazon.com/Gaia-Herbs-Adrenal-Support-Phyto-Caps/dp/B00F1J8EKI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1494279118&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=adrenal+health&psc=1 This helps restore the adrenal glands which kratom/stimulants deplete.

I'm impressed your diet was so efficacious that's great. And avoiding gaba agonists is a very smart idea. You're doing everything right and I'm proud of you for having the strength to put up with these things and not go back to prescriptions or other things that feel better in the moment but cause damage in the long run.

I'm not sure if supplementing pharmagaba will downregulate natural gaba production or not I think it just makes it available to be used where naturally needed. The taurine and theanine are both just amino acids but again I'm not sure if it will desensitize your receptors or downregulate gaba production but they are safe and I believe don't have withdrawal symptoms or anything even used long term. Theanine is found in green tea and taurine from food in our diets BTW.

Phenibut works mostly on gaba b receptors where benzos are gaba a, it's the most effective non benzo I've ever used and is non sedating and can actually improve cognition rather than mess you up, but probably not right for you because it is an actual gaba agonist and will cause issues used long term but for a night of relief here and there it's my favorite.

But basically all these things interact with gaba and sounds like none of that is what you want, which is very smart let them get to normal without outside influence.

The adaptogen route may be a good place to look into for your situation. They basically balance everything out without actually being an agonist of any receptor, plenty of research an explanations from a quick Google search will help you figure out what they do. Cortisol is a stress hormone and both chronic pain and anxiety can throw it off which really messes you up in a lot of ways. My dad has chronic pain and anxiety as well and nothing ever helped and he never bothered with supplements until I talked to him and saw his sleep patterns and other symptoms matched with some cortisol disorders and adrenal fatigue. I got him the pharmagaba and he uses that for sleep and feels better mentally and physically when he uses it at night. I also got him:

And after a week or so it leveled him out mentally and gave him energy physically and with only that and pharmagaba he's getting the best sleep in years actually making it through the night instead of waking up every night at 3am blasted with anxiety and can't get back to sleep for hours.. Anyways, after talking with him I was blown away by the improvement it made, far more than even I had expected so that or any similar product would be a good option in my opinion.

So that product or other adaptogens combined with the magtein form of magnesium and (optionally based on your feelings regarding gaba) pharmagaba would be my recommended stack.

Side note: I recently ordered some magnolia bark extract from lift mode, I haven't tried it yet but after some research on the mechanisms of action it seemed worth a shot, haven't tried it yet but I'm hoping it'll be calming and help with sleep and anxiety. I like lift mode brand specifically because it's very pure and you get the results of purity tests with orders but you need a scale to reliably dose. There are lots of other brands that have it in capsules but I feel less confident that those kinds of things have the right amount of the two main active compounds in magnolia bark. Since you're new to looking at supplements, purity and actually having the amount they advertise and having quality ingredients etc can be a challenge.

There are so many supplements with so many claims I ALWAYS reference the info from examine.com as well as trying to find reputable academic sources of information on each supplement. Labdoor.com is another fantastic site to reference when trying to decide which brand is best.

Also not sure if your opinions towards it or legality in your location but cannabis can be very helpful. Definitely focus on cbd though, some strains with high thc low cbd can take away anxiety for some but increase it for others. Pure cbd is awesome for both pain and anxiety though. It can get very expensive though I personally require very high doses of cbd orally but that's most effective whereas low thc high cbd strains that I smoke are much more cost effective but don't work as well as high dose pure cbd taken orally.
