Often the "set up" to nerve issues happen before yoga class and then the poses might trigger the numbness or pain. So watch what your activities are throughout the day. For most people it involves sitting all day long at a desk in front of a computer. If that's the case make you sure you get up and walk around regularly. A few times a day you will want to do light stretching, even if it means going to the washroom to do it.

Another very common source of numbness and nerve pain is a B vitamin deficiency. So start taking a high quality supplement of B vitamins. This is the best I have found http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Vitamin-B-Complex-Capsules/dp/B00280M12A#

Sorry to hear about your Raynaud. My buddy has that, very uncomfortable. Your issues may be related but either way both the tips above can only help.

The last advice is to ask your teacher for adjustments for poses that trigger the numbness. I personally feel like people with special needs should take a package (5-10 classes) of privates to adjust their practice. It's one thing for a teacher to give you modifications for a few poses but s/he has an entire class of students to deal with. If you require an investment in time, that's what privates are for. Respect people's time. I see people going up to teachers after a class and talking to them for 30 minutes like somehow that's ok. It's not. Even though they look happy to do it, they have things to do just like anyone else.
