I just scored this one, among some others. It's great- lightweight and comfortable, but it looks awesome on my wrist. My watch isn't waterproof so I haven't gotten it wet, but it's canvas/synthetic so it may work for you.

Otherwise I also purchased a nike knockoff on amazon as well. It's super comfortable but mine is black and yellow so not the most classy. These QR bands are fantastic though- I just bought two leather bands and two synthetic ones, and can swap on outfit or running/sleeping.
The one above the watch is a woven nylon sport band. It feels the same as Apples band just with the 22mm pin. Got on Amazon. It's olive green.
