Well, you can buy this, which is fully programmable - they only come in ML switches though. Genovation also has fully programmable keypads, but they can get pretty expensive.

I have gone from a full size down to a TKL and will have a poker in a little over a month. I rely a lot on the whole arrow section so a poker might have not been the best investment. I also have no experience creating my own board though if there were a kit im fine with soldering and all that. Price wise hopefully near $60 but ill consider anything under $100
