Yes, I have this one and love it. I use it for exactly the same application: at work, listening to podcasts. This way I have one ear open for phone calls and no wires hanging down. Sound isn't amazing but definitely okay enough for podcasts and the occasional music playlist.

i have one similar to this, and I like it a lot for the price. I use it for podcasts & audio books.
It's useless for phone calls (mic sucks), but generally i'm impressed with it.
but it's super comfortable and doesn't fall out when i'm jogging.

I was super into the idea and ordered some Trekz, but in practice I kind of hated them and ended up sending them back. I figured they'd be perfect for use at work, where I mostly just wander around listening to audiobooks but also need to be able to hear stuff around me, except they were actually both way harder to hear and way more distracting than my $20 bluetooth earbud. Also they gave me a headache from squeezing my head and I found them embarrassingly indiscreet, where my earbud is perfectly comfortable and virtually invisible.
Basically, they were terrible in every way for my purposes.
