This is the one I’ve had the longest and works pretty well as a supplement, I just bought two similar ones that are square that seem to be doing okay so far but they’ve only been up for a week. I also have these for my early stage prop area but they have to be super close to the plant to work. I pretty much ignore my props until they’re big enough to move to their own pots or arrangements, so having a timer helps! My neighbors definitely think I’m growing marijuana but it’s okay.

Edit: And here is my current setup with lights on, I’m planning on lights for the bottom shelves as well and some hanging hooks for my non succulent plants!
I keep them right by the window but supplement that with these cheap LED lights I got on Amazon - they’re about 3-4” from the seedlings and I leave them on about 16 hours a day. The soil is just Jiffy seed starting mix. I just fertilized for the first time today (I meant to do it a while ago but never got around to it)! So the lighting is probably the only thing that’s caused them to grow at this rate. I also brush my hands over the tops of the plants everyday which helps them form a stronger/thicker stem.

I like these the best. There are 3 heads, and you can adjust the brightness. It also has a simple timer (for 4, 8 or 12 hours). My Triostar unfurls 2-3 new leafs every week since I purchased the lights.
I also have these lights. Since I transferred my other plants from the sill to the bookshelf, they do not have any sunlight at all now (the bookshelf is in a dark corner of the room), so I decided to have the imitation of sun for them. I've never have a full-spectrum grow light before, but so far my plants like it.
I also have two of this light. It is probably a previous generation already, since I bought it more a year ago. It doesn't have such bright light, so now I use it for propagation and to supplement the natural light my plants get, sitting 2 feet away from the window.
