Mate Tea is your friend.

Dirt cheap, hard to burn, and just as much caffeine as coffee. It tastes like a piney green tea.

If you're not opposed to ordering online you can find it on amazon

The reason for post nasal drip is inflammation, likely caused by allergies. Some solutions that actually do WORK -- and work well.

Herbal tea will reduce inflammation, which in turn will stop the post nasal drip:

Buy it elsewhere, if you prefer. The herb is yerba maté. You're looking for yerba maté tea. Add honey as this will soothe your throat.

Drink aloe vera GEL. Not juice: GEL.

Very best brand: https://lilyofthedesert.com/product/aloe-gels/

Drink 3 ounces with every meal. Reduces inflammation and promotes fast healing.

Drink your water: Singers must drink about 100 ounces of water per day (clean and unflavored).

If you know for a fact that you do not suffer from allergies, then ask your doctor to please order a CT scan of your sinuses. Not a regular x-ray of your sinuses, which is not a deep enough study. This would have to be a sinus CT scan. Quick and painless. Allows ENT to have a thorough examination of your sinuses.

Why? ---Because if you have structural malformations in there, the sinuses cannot drain properly. And if the sinuses cannot drain, then you have chronic sinus infection. In turn you will have post nasal drip, plus other symptoms as well. (Never mind what those are right now.) So chronic sinus infection could be the cause. If it is, you need surgery on your nose/sinuses. It's not bad at all these days, all done with endoscopes. I've had it done very successfully--a complete cure. If you would end up needing surgery on your sinuses, tell me and I'll help you through it.

You must get your sleep, at least 7-8 hours in every 24 hours. The voice loves sleep. This alone will go a very long way toward promoting healing of your mucosal lining (which is disrupted now, hence the post nasal drip).

Eat more foods that are rich in vitamin C. Treat yourself like the good singer you are and do not smoke anything. Do not breathe smoke from other people's cigars, cigarettes, etc. Do not breathe vehicle exhaust or anything intensely polluting. Get yourself away from that.

You are upset, I understand. Been there, done that. If you want to sing, I want to help.

Calm your nerves, so you can focus on what you need to do, to get yourself out of this. I can help!

Use this breathing exercise:

Tell me how you're feeling. I'll help get you out of this. Better yet, we'll PREVENT it from happening again or at least greatly reduce the incidence of any such vocal troubles you're having.

Again, you should let me know how you're feeling, please.

All the best!

Chiming in re: YM calories which depends on the Yerba Mate - tea bags or the drink? Guayaki Traditional Organic Mate Tea bags are 5 calories (not 50 like the drink). https://www.amazon.com/Guayaki-Traditional-Organic-Mate-225g/dp/B0027CNY7U

Yep. Many different types from many different cultures. They are gaining more traction, at least in the states, with places like Teavana popping up, but it is really cool to get into. My personal favorites are Crème de Earl Grey (English: smooth tea with hints of creamy vanilla), Genmaicha (Japanese: Green tea with toasted brown rice, gives it a nice, nutty flavor), and Yerba Maté (South American: not technically tea, but very similar. Grassy (in a good way), earthy, robust). Just used those searches for examples...lots of different brands and ways to get them out there.
