The only thing that helps me read and I can't fucking read either is getting a PDF of the book and highlighting one sentence at a time and changing the color every now and then just to give it some background. It also helps me if the book has a movie I watch the movie first then I go read the book then I can kind of put pictures to the story and then reading comprehension happens. I can't stand audio books I just zone out and Miss half the story and then when I try and come back in and it's helpless.
