I take less than half of a teaspoon and mix it into a standard watterbottle sized breakfast shake that contains ground flax, chia, walnuts, almonds, cashews, oatmeal, water, and yogurt. I also put in centrophenoxine, uridine monophosphate, and lionsmane powder in there, and apart from the shake usually drink less than a quarter cup of coffee with milk, so there is probably some synergy there. But I have only started to feel the "high" feeling I get when I smoke sativa only after I started putting in the bacopa powder, which I began doing almost a week ago.
