I'm on day 5 of patches. The first two days were rough as it wasn't giving me what I was use to as in nicotine intake.
I have been using these patches and like them over the Nicoderm ones. I bought the Nicoderm after leaving the house without a patch on. Nicoderm fell off and left my arm itchy and sensitive, huge red square after taking it off.
The patches I purchased off amazon, stay on well and don't worry about them lifting up, nor any issues.
Not sure how much nicotine is in a normal cigarette but the 21 MG seem to be working well for me. I still have cravings to smoke but just know you are strong than the urge.
