Totally understand! I have a bad habit of adding more books to my ever-growing, insurmountable reading list. Of the two books I'd recommend as easily approachable, one is available as an audiobook (which I'll link below), but both authors have one hour talks on YouTube that are based on the content of their respective books.
Book 1 is Hail, Holy Queen by Dr. Scott Hahn (audiobook linked there). A free one hour talk based on that book can be found here.
Book 2 is Behold Your Mother by Tim Staples. I wasn't able to find an audiobook, but a free one hour talk based on the book can be found here.
Both gentlemen are former Protestant pastors and converts to the Catholic Church, so it's worth it to keep a Bible nearby if you do choose to listen. There will be a ton of Scripture references. :)
