Dude, get one, they are cheap and test it out. It depends on the ambient temp of the space you are using it in. If you are in Phoenix in July and ambient is 100 deg- expect that a blower of hot air across hot air will do less than if you are in a temp controlled env. I'd give a Havit a try, RGB or $20 version. Both are free returns on Amazon as in if you try and don't like you can return w/out a Amazon check against your account ( every return you return on Amazon is flagged btw, so free return items are a good thing).

This laptop cooling pad has good reviews (on mobile I apologise for bad formatting)while I'm not kicking you for picking a laptop, as they have their advantages, Lenovo gaming laptops do have a history of mediocre thermals, and brands like MSI or Asus have reputation s for better thermals. I can also appreciate the understated look of the legion laptops so...
