I think it was worth it, because it clued me into my cortisol issues, although I haven't had them confirmed by a doctor yet. I would recommend getting the urine test, as I hear they are more accurate. Whichever you do, make sure you do a full day (4 panel) test, because your cortisol levels vary widely throughout the day.
....I started up on nicotine again.... :( :( :( And was fine within a day, too, which is so incredibly frustrating.
My insurance doesn't cover the 24 hr saliva test, and it is a bit expensive, so I need to purchase it on my own and send the results to my doctor.
In the meantime I just have to function. Nicotine increases cortisol, so I will just keep vaping like an idiot. At least it isn't cigarettes I guess...

My doctor specifically told me to get this brand. She's not a naturopath or anything...So I guess its an okay brand.
