Not to my knowledge. Though after some googling, some thrifty people have used iron-on hem bond as a solution, but that seems a bit more permanent.
I imagine something like this would work.

You can usually find at any craft or fabric store. Just ask for no sew hem tape. If you go to JoAnn Fabrics or a like place they can usually give you best product for jersey material.
