13 days is amazing- you've come so far! Remember relapse doesn't negate or somehow make invalid the time you went without it. You still have all that time and you aren't starting over from square one. Instead relapse highlights areas we still need to work on, so keep fighting! Recovery is a process, not perfection or a destination. It's hard work and definitely something to be proud of!
What your sister said is not at all okay, lacks compassion, and is very telling of where she's at in her relationship with God. She's doing a disservice to the One she represents and I think it breaks His heart. Whether you're religious or not, being a Christian doesn't mean you can't struggle with mental illness. There are many examples of depression in the Bible, and Elijah was suicidal. But we live in seasons, and they pass, and our hope and joy runs deeper even when we're in the grips of pain because we can look forward to when all things are made right. Better days are coming. Luke 6:21 says Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh.

Two excellent resources I've found on the issue of cutting, as having just recently, and still, walking through this with a student in my student ministry.
Love and pursue in love. Understand they have deeper seeded issues going on than self harm. And also realize, you won't have all the answers (very hard for a fixer like me).
