NUCs are great. And there are plenty of brands following suit.
You could go with a refurbished HP like this.
Most of those machines I used to ecycle and toss out. Not worth $20 as the resellers got them for free. Would you consider paying 230 for an HP? super small and just as powerful...probably better performance

I have a few of these, at home and I ordered them for work as well. I think you can add a 3-4 year Amazon warranty for under 20.
