I bought this laptop off Amazon and it works perfect with Linux Mint. Everything works without any problems what so ever.

If you want big, I did find this HP Pavilion 17 with an IPS display for accuracy, a powerful quad-core i7-6700HQ, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, and plenty of connectivity.

Is there a laptop that is quite good for production? Reason being is because in about a year I'll be going to uni overseas and transporting a PC seems like too much of a hassle.

I was thinking http://www.amazon.com/HP-Performance-Touchscreen-i7-6700HQ-Bluetooth/dp/B019053BH4 but Idk? I just want something which can hold FL and not crash every time I have more than two Serums open. I'll also get a hard drive just for the extra storage as I'd like to get Kontakt.
